Substitution To ensure a timely delivery of your order, Valentina’s Flowers & Gifts reserves the right to substitute flowers and materials of equivalent value and or material if necessary without any prior notice depending on availability. Exchanges / Refunds All perishable goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.In the event of an issue, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time received and Management will weigh up, conclude and revert within the same day. Cancellation of Orders To deter credit card fraudulence there will be no cancellations once order has been paid nor any costs refunded. Currency Costs are accrued in Singapore dollars only and NO GST is applicable for all items. Occasions Items ordered during Valentine’s Day period (1 Feb to 14 Feb), Christmas Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year and other festive seasons are subjected to changes in costs due to island wide demand. FREE DELIVERY: Free Delivery timings are only from 10am to 6pm from Mon to Sat (Excluding Sunday, Eve & Public Holidays) for purchases made above $80 except for Grand Stands. Additional delivery charge of S$15 will be imposed for any additional delivery made after the first free-delivery attempt due to changes of address or any other unforeseen circumstance at your end, in an event as such; delivery item will be sent back to our premise till further notice & decision from the purchaser.
